Over priced. And when they mow and weed eat they destroy your stuff and won't replace. Stay away from here. Y sweet is leaking on the ground cuz they won't replace the hose they broke

Called and talked to Ladonna as the wife is extending her travel contract and asked to move 1 space over for better water hookup and she was very excited to hear the wife is staying longer and happily told us we could move 1 space over! Ladonna is one of the best park managers we have ever dealt with

Lived there full time for 4 years. Mostly adult residents so not a lot of amenities for younger visitors. Loved the lake and the geese. Management is friendly and quick to address any issues. Improvements to enhance experience for all ages were being implemented as we were leaving.

Clean, easy access, plenty big site. The pond, the geese and the Great Blue Herons at the pond are fantastic. Our check-in was smooth. LaDonna covered everything. We might even stay another month.

The manager is really nice. It is a real nice an quite place to enjoy some peace an quiet. It is clean an the people an conveniences are a plus, lots are nice an clean, love the geese an wildlife. The lake is really nice with all the greenery love to come an stay a while an would definitely come back
